At Edwards Chic, we’re all about making your shopping experience smooth, fun, and fabulous from start to finish! We’ve put a few return and exchange guidelines in place to help keep things simple and clear. Shipping:

All US shipping addresses are charged an $8.50 flat rate fee, unless the order is greater than $150. On orders $150 or greater, shipping is free.

All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.

1-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.

3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time.

We do our best to ship out orders the same business day if placed by 4 PM CST. As soon as your items are on the move, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can keep an eye on your goodies!

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know sometimes things may be missed and mistakes made as we are all human. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us.

Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@edwardschic.com or call 940-500-4385 and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
